Grant B. Sullivan

Grant was born and raised in the Tulsa area. Following his graduation from the Brown Trail School of Preaching in June of 2007, Grant served as the Associate Minister for North Heights until being named our Preaching Minister in 2014. In 2009, he began studying at Oklahoma Christian University’s Graduate School of Theology in pursuit of a Master of Divinity degree which he completed in December of 2014. As of April 2018, Grant began serving as an elder of the congregation and continues to be our full time preaching minister.

Grant believes that healthy theology and daily living of a faithful life are connected. Grant writes, “What we believe about God shapes how we view others and the world in general. Believers love and treat others with compassion because God is love” (1 John 4:19). At North Heights we want to grow together in our understanding about and faith in God. Grant wants everyone to know, “I feel blessed to be the minister of a church that is committed to deepening our spiritual roots as we grow toward better spiritual fruit.”

Grant is married to Dara Sullivan, who serves as the Admissions Coordinator for Hope Harbor Children’s Home and Family Ministries in Claremore, OK. Dara has her Master of Human Relations through the University of Oklahoma. They have three beautiful girls: Alexia, Acadia, and Aurora.

Grant enjoys playing “pick-up” basketball, coaching his daughter’s Lexi and Cadi in the sport, as well as playing guitar, writing songs, hunting, and reading theological books.
